The personal information sighted or held by Pt-Gamma will vary depending on the registration type i.e. Accreditation body/ testing laboratory. It may include your name, position, professional qualifications, business address, business telephone, mobile phone and fax numbers and e-mail address. For those purchasing Pt-Gamma services, a secure-mediated payment platform will be assigned to ensure your secure check-out and payment and security of registered card payment details.

Your personal information may be used:

To conduct our PT services and statistical evaluations
To administer and manage those services including charging, and collecting debts
To seek feedback from you on ways to improve our services
To provide you information on our activities and services
In response to a specific enquiry

Kindly note that your personal information may be disclosed to organizations outside Pt-Gamma; such organizations may include

Government and regulatory authorities and other organizations, if required by the law
Government and regulatory authorities and other organizations with which PT-Gamma has a Memorandum of Understanding or similar formal agreement, and as agreed with PT participants
Auditors conducting evaluation audits of Pt-Gamma, solely for auditing purposes. These auditors are in tandem with Pt-Gamma prohibited to disclose any confidential information to others.

Pt-Gamma guarantees that all information supplied by participants as part of the proficiency testing program will be treated as confidential information. For every program round, each participant is assigned a code number to allow for the confidential and impartial treatment of results in all reports and publications produced by Pt-Gamma. Resulting information may be made available to Pt-Gamma program coordinators during result analysis, or to international evaluators during program coordinators during result analysis, or to international evaluators during Pt-Gamma accreditation audit. Confidentiality and impartiality agreements are signed by all relevant parties.
